The Employees of Counter 2,3,4 are too slow to handle their clients. They took more than 15minutes, even more than 25minutes for each client. The person who was in counter 2 today, sorry to say, was unprofessionally dealing with others. Crowd was increasing, no seat was available. The whole environment was absolutely not corporate. Alhamdulillah that I hv no account in this bank. I informed Manager of the branch. Lets see the progress ing sha ALLAH.
Really bad experience from this branch. I have visited there 2 times both time the staffs and officers attitudes and behaviours was very bad. I didn't have this type of experience at others branches.
Unfortunately, the service at this branch felt uncooperative compared to other DBBL branches.
Customer service is fairly satisfactory, but needs to be improved.
I went to deposit Tk.1*205 in cash counter. They told me "Amount is less than Tk.50000 so, you have to deposit in CRM. I asked them "Ok, I will be able to deposit Tk.1*200 through CRM but how I am gonna deposit 5tk trough machine?". They replied "For 5tk, you can write a deposit slip and give it to cash counter".😂😂😂
