This place is quite busy during office hours. But the place is smaller than expected. You should be careful when going to 2nd floor & watch out the steps specially taller people. Customer service neither very good or worse. Just Like a typical private Bank

worst service, worst employees. had to wait 30 minutes to deposit cause of their broken crm machines. Employees think they're the owner of the bank. Wouldn't go banking any of their branches twice

In this Branch Foreign exchange/Remittance desk's staff is really disappointing. He always creates unrelated questions instead of giving customers services. Several times I have faced many problem. Whether DBBL other Branches had no problem with me. It was really disappointed from a bank Like DBBL. 😑 They should improve.

Dear concern, gOOd afternoon. You should change your Lazy n Zoombee staff or give them proper costumer service training that how to talk with the costumer n how to manage them. Remember one thing, this is not a local bank. As a Costumer our expectation too much high from others. Thanks
