I had to wait more than one and half hour just to receive my bank statement. They have around 30 counters most of which are empty at a peak hour (10:30 am to 11:30 am). And just one counter was allocated for bank statement services. The staffs were not willing to answer the cause of delay and were asking me to wait in a rude manner. Later I learned that their printer, in the counter allocated for bank statement, is not working that's why they couldn't print. They could have had back-up printers or other counters to provide this service. It is a well-known bank with thousands of customers yet I was surprised by their poor service. I am always getting such delayed response from them. Rating 2 stars now. If next time I get a better service, might reconsider my ratings. *Edit* Giving 3 stars now. As after bringing up the matter to GB in charge, she handled the situation promptly.

Absolute disgrace of a bank. My family is vip customers at your branch and the unprofessional employee you have hired to handle card related issues is an absolute disgrace. The person we were taken to after telling your staff at the VIP lounge we need to endorse one of your credit card was so extremely rude to us. He wears glasses. He yelled at us and kept talking over us. Even after being a VIP client and holding your signature card, if we get this type of treatment, their is no point in keeping my money in your bank. Soon I will be taking my account to somewhere else.

Very bad, just want to collect the rapid pass in today at 2:30 pm and he told me to wait and said it needs long time. I told why he dont need to answer the question. Basically it was told earlier that there will be a designated booth or counter for rapid pass and he refused. Baler banking system and baler system o dise tader disbursed korte.

At first, this bank takes 15 working days to provide a simple Visa card. I requested if the card can be provided within 7-10 working days and they mentioned that they will try. When I visited their bank as per their notified date, to update me whether my Visa card has arrived or not, they took 50mins and I was just waiting. The token provided has no sequence and they call anyone randomly as per their preference. Even if you walk by to get their support, the customer support team is not competent and cooperative at all. The bank service person doesn't even greet their customers. The interesting thing is when you wait for 50mins, you hope by the end that may be there is some positive update. I get to hear that the card hasn't arrived. They don't value customers time and such reckless slow banking service in the 21st century is totally astonishing. They have lost my application and cannot even update. I am surprised to see such service condition of a private bank. Recommend foreigners not

Worst experience with my 2FA activation for my credit card. Struggled for one month, had to submit the applications 3 times, though managed to get the hardware token, then found that hardware token is not mapped with my card. For this simple service had to visit the branch 4 times. Never had this kind of poor service from any of the private banks in BD.
