One of the busy bank in mothijheel area also busy bank in Bangladesh. Nice bank, but really busy with the service. A lot of people are still in the process of withdrawing money or deposit. They've got a massive amount of customers. It's just like a government bank. It is really boring. this things is happens for huge customer maybe.

Extremely poor service when it comes to withdrawing money — it took over an hour. The service was sluggish.

Employee behave roughly.....I opened account 5 yrs ago....there debit card comes automatically....though i have not submit the form nd not get the pin number...nd never used......they are cutting charge annually......when my balance becomes zero three years ago....they still cutting charge 460taka annually......today i go there to close my account they demand 1500 taka for account closure and also documents.....debit card is auto renewal but not auto closure......that is absurd.....

First of all, except the account opening section and cashier section, almost everybody is lazy to the bone. Half the time they are dozing off or making excuses, over the top formalities. All other branches of DBBL are way better.

Good bank but very busy in service. lot of peoples are always in que to withdraw money or diposit. they have huge number of clients.
