I recently visited a branch of Dutch-Bangla Bank in Dhaka, and I had a very smooth and satisfying experience. 🛋️ Branch Environment: The building was clean, modern, and well-maintained. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of professionalism. The AC environment, comfortable waiting area, and organized service counters made the entire visit comfortable. 🤝 Customer Service: The staff were very polite and helpful. They greeted me warmly and answered all my questions patiently. I went there to update my account information, and they completed the process quickly and without any hassle. 🏧 ATM Booths: The ATM booths outside were clean and functional. I saw many people using them without facing long queues. Dutch-Bangla Bank has one of the best ATM networks in Bangladesh. 🔐 Security & Safety: There were security guards at the entrance who were professional and respectful. I felt very safe inside the branch. 📲 Digital Banking: I also use their mobile app which is very user-friendly

Dutch-Bangla Bank LTD branch in Nabisco. It's a fasttrack Branch. That's mines you can withdraw your money & you can drepoit money from here. It's a ATM booth . It's open 24 hours but bank open 9:00 am to 5:00pm six days, Friday is off day from bank . Not ATM .

Visited card division service was good and satisfactory. Other divisions are also available like loan, hrm etc. The environment is quite praiseworthy and descent. The shortcomings is parking is very short compared to the volume of customers they serve. Hope they would look into the matter.

Very poor service. I opened through mobile but could not complete. App asking for customer care. In customer care agents are non professional. They keep on holding holding and holding. They never gives any guideline. Very poor. They are asking me time and again that how many account you opened and your account still not active. Nonsense... I know that it is not active. Their main purpose is to keep on holding and make more mobile bill almost 3 taka per minute. That's why I already transferred all my balance to other bank. Very poor dutch Bangla. You are awful.
