Like most of the other branches of DBBL, the service is terribly slow. Definitely not so clean like most other private banks. They got the most number of ATM booths, thats their strength and selling point. But now a days, many bank card can be used in other banks' ATM. So I dont see DBBL gonna grow with this quality of service. But wish they change and offer better service to get back to the top position by popularity. My first student account was opened in this bank. So I got some soft corner for them. Otherwise I would not visit again here. Lets see what they decide to do- change or vanish.

I wouldn’t say that this bank has ever treated me badly, and personally, I haven’t faced any serious issues. However, what I have observed is that the staff are often not very polite or sincere with other clients who come to take services. Their behavior can feel quite rude at times. Because of this attitude, I don’t really prefer this bank, even though they never directly behaved badly with me.

It is a popular branch of the Dutch-Bangla bank. Due to its popularity and location this branch of the bank gets always busy with customers. Staffs are expert, quick and cooperative to serve the customers who come here to get the services from this branch. Account opening (both current and savings), DPS, FDR, Credit and Debit card service are common among other services. Sunday it gets busy from the morning than other working days.

I take this token for account modifications service, after waiting 45 minutes, I see, they close there counter without call the token number. I came here to update my account; decided to close it. I did not get ever a good service from them to happy.
