If you over draft, and you pay the overdraft fee, they will charge you a maintenance fee and then ANOTHER overdraft. I’ve been banking with Comerica for 11 years. And have never had issues with like this until this year. Just another way for the bank to screw the customers and make more money. Trash. Closing all accounts.

They closed the location we used (Jones Rd) where we never had a problem depositing British currency and checks from family in England. Now, that's all we have are problems. You know you're at the wrong bank when they suggest you do your transactions at the airport or Wells Fargo.

I used to love this bank. But over the past few years the service is horrible. They rip you off with service fees and the staff has no knowledge of what they are doing. I will never do business with them again. Personal accounts and business accounts are being closed immediately.

drive thru service not a busy time, no line, no cars. and take more than 30minutes for 1 transaction.

The drive-thru ATM has been down a couple of weeks. They are not sure when it will be repaired. They will happily help you inside or at the drive-thru!
