National Bank 1950 Cooper Road Central City

I was very happy with the services I recieved from Canadian Western Bank. Since the switch to National Bank I have had nothing but problems. I will be closing my account as soon as possible as I no longer trust this company with my money. Locked out of my account at Christmas for the crime of depositing a cheque, which has now cleared but my account is still locked. I cannot reach them by phone so maybe they will see this.

I have been with Canadian Western Bank for a few years now from leaving another big bank where I just felt like a number. But this is not the case with Canadian Western Bank...they are like Cheers where everybody knows your name....well those who know me anyway 😊😊. But still the staff are always so helpful, considerate, patient. I appreciate you 🙌🏼

I've worked with several financial institutions personally and professionally. I've never been happier than I am with Canadian Western Bank. Their staff are helpful and prompt. Their pricing is competitive. And their service offering includes most everything I need, with very few exceptions. We are nearly complete switching all our business and client trust accounts from one the the "big banks" over to CWB (a multi-year project) and have no regrets about our decision to make CWB our primary banking service provider.

Very personalized bank with no call centres. Great local experience with excellent client service.
