My self, My husband and your client Mr Michael Morris attended your Sunderland bank in July 2024 to register Mr Morris power of attorney. We are still waiting, after several attempts to chase it up but still nothing. would be grateful if you could pull your fingers out and action this for Mr Morris. Went in the bank today,I had my mask handy but seen as tho there was nobody in I didn't feel it necessary to wear it? When I approached the counter the lady asked me to put my mask on which I did? I told her to practice what she preaches seen as how she wasn't wearing one and there was a colleague in with her(she was wearing one) she pointed to hers hung over screen then started babbling about not having her 2 jabs? Management need to make it clear if they want customer to wear to protect then maybe staff should do same

Used this branch Monday 22 June 2020 to pay in cheques. No hand sanitising stations or products available which is very poor & a health hazard given its difficult not to touch the counter when you're handing over cheques etc. Sunderland City has recently been a hot-spot of Covid 19 & for a Sunderland City Centre branch not to have adequate sanitising procedures for its customers is terrible. Couldn't wait to get back to car to sanitise my hands!.

Just been online today and and Chris sorted my problem out in less than three minutes well done and thanks again.

Dreadful opening times .4 pm closing and closed Saturday.Will be moving our accounts asp.
