When you walk in there it now feels rather hostile, the customer service is appalling. It just looks like they don't want to be there, my question to them is to why work on the frontline in Customer Service if you have no clue how to give it. SIMPLES... The woman who's worked there for years with the long brown / highlighted hair and the tan who fancies herself ,really needs to take a step back and look at how she conducts herself. Shocking. Will never go in that branch again.

I’ve just been feeling really down and hesitant about going in the bank lately, I have really serious health issues and really low confidence and sometimes depending on who is working at the branches I don’t feel like going in, I’ve been to town twice on the 21st and 20th and didn’t go in on either dates because I feel quite nervous to or not comfortable/confident to do so, I’ve only been wanting to deposit some money into my account and I’m just feeling a bit down about it

Have used this branch for business banking for more years than I care to remember, have always found the staff to be a pleasure to deal with, always helpful, nothing too much trouble. Can't understand the bad reviews

Shambles. Going through a Current Account switch to Co-Op. Was asked to bring in two forms of I.D to branch. A member of staff scanned our copies and said that they would be approved by the manager on Monday. Unfortunately, these were then misplaced meaning the whole switch failed to happen. Now the switch is in it's second attempt and instead of a switch, I now have a brand new account with nothing in it. If the I.D had just been handled correctly in the first place, I'd have the account I wanted by now. Doesn't really give off a good image for a new customer!

I wouldn't give this bank any stars. My sister was using the cash machine, as she was with her husband, The manager was locking up with a colleague and said oh scuffs are here, absolutely shocking behaviour, so Angry right now
