We hardly ever write Google reviews, but we had an amazing experience with Angel over the past couple weeks. First, he helped one of us deal with the headache that comes with losing a wallet. Then, the following week, he helped one of us open a business account and credit card. He was patient, amiable, and professional. We couldn't have gotten better service, and he deserves a special shoutout for it!

Zero sense of urgency and only one teller ever working despite lines of customers and 5 other employees sitting around doing absolutely nothing to assist. Then there’s the parking which is non existent and it’s just a recipe for disaster. Find another location at all costs.

This is one of the best bank branches I have experienced. Always friendly and very efficient. We worked with Omar Juarez who is just excellent.

I was at this bank today and finally received good service. I have my personal account with Chase and my business is close by. I'm two minutes away, and I prefer to go somewhere else because the times I've had to visit this location, I've had very bad experiences. The service is terrible and the employees are angry. Today I ran into this woman, and not only was she very kind, she gave me instructions on how to complete the service I needed to request. Thank you, Elaine, you're very kind. Please don't get caught up in the bad mood of some of the people who work there.

I would like to share my impressions of working with a Chase representative. His name is Angel Perez Talley and he has done a great job that deserves attention. I opened a business account, and something went wrong in the Chase technical database. During the entire time, we had to send a request more than ten times and each time an error was displayed, despite the fact that the information was correct. I also had to visit the bank branch four times, each time I spent at least 40 minutes on the road one way. Despite this, each time Angel tried to help me as much as possible and make this visit not in vain. In the end, everything worked out for us and I am very grateful to him. Angel provided maximum attention and excellent service! 5+stars for Angel Perez Talley!
