Chase Bank Ste 107 600 5th Avenue South

Been a Chase customer for many years and have multiple accounts. Arrived at branch at 2pm because I needed an urgent notary stamp for an estate release document that had to be in the hands of FedEx by 4pm. Bank manager was rude and told me he had no time to notarize my document. Told me to go to another branch and that he would call ahead so that they were expecting me. Showed up at other branch and they had not been notified I was coming. Teller asked me to have a seat and that a banker would be with me shortly. 45 minutes later the same bank teller notarized my document. Terrible communication. Although I do apologize for being rude to the woman who helped me. Made it to FedEx at 4pm on the nose.

You haven't seen such a bad bank yet. I will deposit money. I can't deposit money before working hours. Why can't I deposit money? Because the ATM doesn't work. A person can tell you that our ATM doesn't work. A notification to your customers. When a person gets the location of that bank, they will show the notification to that customer. We came this far because the ATM here doesn't work. Now we will go somewhere else. Either do your job with a little love. I haven't seen a single person here who does their job with love.😡😡😡

This particular branch is located inside Uwajimaya in Chinatown, a very convenient location to get your grocery shopping done at the same time of banking. Three windows with three bankers, but only one of them is serving customer at the time of my arrival. I waited a while before the other banker noticed me and stepped up to offer her service. The service itself is fast and professional, no complaints here.

I came with my elderly family members from Ethiopia to assist them there already part of chase, but I was given misinformation to essentially get us out of there, which felt like a roundabout way of denying us service. If you're BLACK, I would advise against coming here I could just tell how uncomfortable they were with our presence. GO TO ANY OTHER BRANCH BESIDES THIS ONE.

One of the worst experiences I have had at any Chase bank. Staff is extremely unresponsive, doesn't care to respond well and just no care for their clients. Even if two people were free, I was told to come in again on Weekdays (which isn't possible for most folks working a 9-5). Management should be looking to replace these people.
