Chase Bank 40880 Dequindre Road Sterling Heights

This location needs better ATM service the drive-through ATM is always broken. Every time you try to get cash withdraw or deposited the Machine is broken😡😡

My issue with this specific chase bank is they only have 1 ATM outside which can cause a "traffic jam" so to speak. I did not get there in time to go inside to see what it's like so yeah.

If I could give this bank, a negative star rating I would. Pulled into the drive-through on February 28, with only two cars ahead of me, one in each lane. It took 25 minutes to help two cars. By the time I got up to my turn, it took an additional 10 minutes to simply do a deposit. 35 minutes waiting when there was no traffic is ridiculous. I also tried calling the branch Only to not have the phone be answered. Clearly they don’t care about customer service here.

I don’t like to do reviews but this time I’ll have to every time I come here to use the ATM. I’m not able to use it either. Get a new one or get a second one please thank you.

I stopped by the bank and went inside to handle my business. It's close to close and the day before Thanksgiving so of course there was a line. I witnessed Rachel - an employee - handle a very rude, irate and overwhelmed customer with exceptional care grace patience and kindness when it would have been easy to be anything but with the way this customer was talking so disrespectfully towards her. She offered different solutions when they didn't want to wait in line and she was still kind when they took their frustration out on her. Then it was my turn right after and she approached me with a smile, warmth, and was professional after an unsettling situation. 30/10 customer service. Give this girl a raise asap!!!! From one customer service employee to another. Happy Thanksgiving 💗
