Enquired Abt my mom's life Insurance Policy. I had all the information needed but the person on the phone would not help me at all. She spoke very quickly to end our call.

So I left a nasty review on the wrong branches page (that's how angry I was at the time) it was all precautionary protections. My problem has been solved in a quick and timely manner by the Lasalle Branch Manager. I will surely continue using their service and recommend to others in the future. Thank you!

I normally would have put a 5 star as BMO bank has been nothing but amazing to me. They have saved my family so many times when I had my son and was fighting bone marrow failure. If I couldn't afford anything for my new born such a formula or my medication's they would lend me money or many cases back up bank fees until I had just enough to get threw. For a bank to care about you that much is beyond amazing. Iv never had any issues with until just recently. Two bank investigations were my payments were not going threw. When I'd call to ask as they would never update me I'd get very rude people that couldn't speak English well so they would get frustrated with me as I couldn't understand them. After being very patent as I understand its not a easy job I get no were and hung up after waiting on hold for long periods of time. Well be removing all my money from my bmo account on the action that there now in a lawsuit due to stealing people's money. At this time they have put a hold on over 3000 of my cash because of a transaction that they had tried to do behind my back if you want to be scammed and your money stolen this is the bank to go with
