Gaj provided excellent service at Barclays Bank Golders Green. He treated both my sister and me very well and helped us open our accounts smoothly and professionally. He was friendly, kind, and patient throughout the whole process, which made us feel very comfortable and welcome. I am very grateful for his help and would happily give him five stars. Highly recommended.

Indre was very helpful and kind. She was incredibly accommodating to my mother and I, very patient and willing to make conversation with us. She answered every question with kindness and patience and she was all around a very pleasant person to be around. She was incredibly professional at her job.

Today, I opened my account at the Barclays bank in Golders Green branch, and Mr. Ramji assisted me throughout the process. He was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. He took the time to explain everything about the accounts and savings, including the importance of life insurance. I really appreciated his support and guidance. I dealt with both Indre and Ramji who were really nice and very helpful. In the end Ramji was able to assist me and set me up. They knew what they were doing, and were very warm and helpful. Was so nice being warmly received and welcomed with such personal service. I had also made an appointment and was seen to promptly.

I had an incredibly distressing situation but I was approached with empathy and an open ear by the man greeting me this morning when I walked into the branch. He led me to be seen by Indre who very kindly listened to what I had to say. She repeatedly made sure to ask me the information I was seeking to provide me with the correct documents. The service I received was very warm and I am grateful to have been seen by her :)!
