I had a very positive experience with the Sheffield branch. Dona and Debra was extremely helpful and supportive, providing clear guidance on both my mortgage and my account. Her professionalism made the whole process much easier. I would also appreciate having Fred back at the Sheffield branch, as his support has been valuable.

An appointment was booked for 11.15am on Friday 30th Jan to try and resolve issues with our church bank account. Three of us arrived early at 10.45am and we were seen immediately by Roheena half an hour before our allotted time, no waiting at all. Whilst Roheena is not a business account manager she was dedicated to sorting out our problems and liaised extensively on line with a colleague Salma Ummey from the business section. Nothing was too much trouble, and Roheena worked tirelessly over 2 hours 15 minutes and was determined to have everything in place before we left. Our grateful thanks to Roheena and Salma for delivering full commitment and excellent customer service and satisfaction . Thank you

Visited today regarding some issue with the bank statement and Ms. Donna Machin was very helpful and sorted it for me. Also applied for a credit card with her help and got it. Really happy with the service.

Have been In Sheffield city branch today where a lovely lady called Kinga sorted online banking for my husband who is dyslexic. Kinga was very helpful and patient with him.
