Barclays Bank 90-93 Broad Street Reading

I came into the reading barclays bank brance and I was immediately approached by staff member. Her name is Jai. She was so happy to help me with my issue and she took the time out as long as it took I can't even remember but we were there for a while and she made sure I had completed everything I needed to do before I sad my good bye feeling very happy for her help. I am grateful to have a branch here in Reading knowing whenever I have an issue the staff do whatever they can and all it takes to help. I am very satisfied. Thank you barclays

Outstanding Customer Service from Justin Branch Manager and the Branch Team I went to the branch and spoke with the branch manager, Justin, about a recurring payment that I never subscribed to. Justin took the time to listen to me and fully understand my concerns. He helped get the money refunded and made sure there would be no further unauthorized payments from that company or its affiliates. Justin was extremely patient and very professional. My hat’s off to him and his lovely team at the branch—they are always helpful, professional, and serve you with a smile. Truly great customer service.

Hi, I walked into the branch and was served promptly by you colleague Kim. The service was exceptional. I had a very challenging digital transaction. I knew nothing about this. Kim was of exceptional support. I must say she was kind, patient, professional and supportive. I received all the help I needed, in addition to support for continuing with this process in the future.
