I was having issues depositing a mobile check on the app so I came to this Wells Fargo branch hoping they could help me. They not only got it taken care of in a timely manner, but the staff went above and beyond to talk to me and get to know me. I’ve only been banking with Wells Fargo for about a month now, but this is the best service I have ever gotten from any bank. Will definitely be back to this location!!
Slow service and lobby gets service before drive thru. Doesn't make since to me. I thought when you go through drive thru your top priority. Nope not at this location. Then the staff ask what you need after you've sent the items in the volt. Do better. Regions service is Better
Lissy was absolutely fantastic to meet and work with to resolve a issue I was having my checking account. Very personable, great conversation and got my issue resolved quickly.
Absolute worst baking experience ever I do not recommend Wells Fargo I have been a customer since 2007. Recently I ordered a new debit card and wanted to get it put in my digital wallet and after spending an hour on the phone getting the runaround from customer service I thought you hung up. That had never been a problem before. If you make a debit card purchase and return the item it takes 5 to 7 days to get a refund on your account and that is using a debit card not a credit card. I continue to see and their customer service going down the hill I'm so happy that I no longer Bank there and as it stands I cannot access my money until my new card comes in the mail that is ridiculous they had always been able to add it to my digital wallet in the past do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere
Yes folks are rude. I went in last week and saw four employees 'having a meeting' while the teller line continued to grow. One guy apologized for the wait and got snippy when I said it is ALWAYS like this. Closing my account and going elsewhere!
