So you guys just work people that are sick? I come here pretty often because I don't want to go to the one on state line. I come in today hand the lady a wad of cash. Then she sneezes at me and the lady next to her sneezes as well. One of them even has a raspier voice than normal. For real?

I have always had the best experiences here. The manager & staff has always gone above & beyond to help me. I used to go to a different location that is actually closer to me by distance. But I go the extra miles to this Wells Fargo because everybody there is so helpful and knowledgeable.

Ive had enough. I am in the process of moving to another bank. I chose WF in 2005 after moving and because I travelled quite a lot. I have had car loans and a mortgage with them. I have never been particularly happy with my choice. Attitudes are consistently poor and locations are understaffed. I hate that most locations near me, do not have a drive up ATM. Recently, i have been hacked multiple times. While I appreciate the response from their fraud dept. I expect more on the front side. Cant wait to close my accounts and say good riddens.

Taylor is the BEST! She was so patient and efficient for solving our debit cards fraud!!! I mean she was so responsible for the case, spent at least two hours with us! Thanks Taylor and thanks manager Amy, you ladies helped a lot! Really a lot.
