New staff of bank all the youngsters are really very helpful. Cdm machine helps you avoid queue. Yono and other digital banking services make banking very convenient.

Good banking services provided by the bank, Nainital branch Hanning The Mall have helping staff and workers. State Bank Of India also provides Online Internet Banking. Sate Bank also has an ATM & CDM near the entrance mostly working all the time.

If there would have been a negative rating rating i would have definitely given that. Because you will see a new staff member everyday, there is no punctuality. I went to open up my bank account one day there was a lady, she asked me to apply for pan card...and i did so..and after one day or two I went there and the staff member was changed, he totally refused to open up the account without the voter id...I mean these people themselves don't know what they actually require.. And this is not the first time...they are always the same...worst bank ever, never going to open up account there. Actually the staff is ridiculous...why to blame the government for that...it's all about the people who are serving there. 22/08/22

Experience for SBI was best among other experiences i had in Uttar Pradesh. Here in Nainital, the premises was well maintained and so beautiful and all other services were also served well.
