Very bad service and rude behaviour of manager

Very bad,my mother and me has a joint account in Rampur Branch with the option of "either or surviver'.my mother has expired on June this year.as per rules this kind of account can be operated by Any of the account holder but manager of the Branch is illegally forcing me to produce succession certificate of my deceased mother,and very sad and surprising fact is that this account has only a petty amount of four thousand rupees.I.pray the authorities to look in to the matter.
