Bank is located near sabka hotel the parking space is vey low

My feance opened a zero balance account online, two weeks ago it got freezed cuz she didn't completed online kyc. There was eight thousand rupees in the account. So i told her to go to tirur branch and tell them the issue, their response was very irresponsible and pathetic, they said we can't do anything the money you will get as dd in feb. Our money we put on your bank trusting you guys and your response was this. After few days i asked her to go to thrissur east fort branch because she is studying in thrissur. And their response was great through the link they provided we could complete the video kyc and got the money back. Thanks to thrissur branch and this tirur branch the staff there is irresponsible.
