Visited this branch recently and branch was hot and no fan or AC was operational. Moreover there were ten people waiting to be served but only one window was open. Talked to the branch manager for the Non functional AC and was told that he needs an repair and maintenance approval from Karachi. What a joke. Bank Manager is sweating and could not do anything about it. Shame on United Bank. Wake up please it is not nineteenth century, give som discretion to Branch Manager for get fix a trivial problem. Bank is making billion of rupee profit and customer and bank staff are burning in the branch like hell. Customer should protest and stop doing business with the bank.
