Unfortunately, my experience at this bank was extremely disappointing. Not only was the staff member's behavior unacceptable, but it also reflected poorly on the entire institution. I had hoped to open an account today, but after witnessing the rude behavior of the watchman, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly advise others to reconsider banking here, as the lack of professionalism and courtesy is concerning
