First impression is the last I already do kyc in Kotak Mahindra app online but they show for full kyc you have to visit nearest Kotak Bank for physical document submission and full kyc . But they denied say me to come tomorrow. They didn't know tomorrow never come Now I decided to close my online account because this type of service unexpected. kotak Mahindra Bank service is more worst then SBI. Don't choose kotak Bank
