Bad service. I completed all the formalities to open a bank account,it has been more than 1 week but yet no updates for account

Very poor and Bad service. ( Nand Kumar Shukla Alambagh Lko) I gave cheque of 10000 INR to open a saving account. It has been more than 1 month but yet no updates for account. I called several times to the manager but he always says it will done by today. They just collect the cheque to show theirs sales to bank but no customer satisfaction. Very disappointed By Kotak Mahindra Bank. I also complained about this to their customer care number but yet I didn't get any positive response. Don't waste your time with Kotak Mahindra bank and go for other banks even rural bank are far better than Kotak. Worst Service , Support and Experience Wasted my 1 month

No one helps any bank employee of Kotak Mahindra Bank of India Speaking something else but in reality something else happens. Even senior employee not responding. Lot of issues Mahindra Bank of India Singar nagar Branch Alambagh Lucknow. No bady information, if u are go to the barnch . Service charge, maintenance charge, deduction and lot of issues there . I sended GMail Branch manager but not reply till yet .

Horrible service provided by kotak at alambagh Lucknow branch......Representative never pay attention to the customer they tried to ignore and after waiting for hours in the office they asked me to wait for 7 to 8 days and after waiting 7 to 8 days still my work is pending now I will have to visit there again just for the name correction....very pathetic service there was no option for 0 so I had to mark 1 star.

Very bad response from employees of the bank they do thier own work not giving any time to their customers and cash deposite manager is wrost taking too much time in only 10000 rs deposit
