Kotak Mahindra Bank Meghdoot Hotel Building 17/3 B The Mall

Very bad experience with kotak bank... without asking they opened my demat account ...I went for my KYC updation ...instead of doing kyc update the have done something else without my permission...it's a cheating.. help desk person kalpana from mall road branch....she is the person who has done this without my consent

Worst service in this branch. Bank employee don't bothered about the customer's need. All are busy in credit of their own bonus points/ profits only. Customers should avoid these types of bank.

This kotak branch in Mall road at meghdoot chauraha is totally worst. They really don't have any interest in dealing with the customers, they are busy in their own world. They are unconcerned about the customers problems related to banking. I visited here 4to 5 times I am dissatisfied from their customer support and there is a need to change this. I hope they will get the customer's needs. Thank you!

Staff behavior is very good, my complaint was resolved in just 20-25 minutes
