I had a very disappointing experience with the branch manager at CSB Bank. The manager was unprofessional, unhelpful, and displayed a rude attitude when I approached them for assistance with my account-related issue. Instead of offering support or even listening patiently, the manager was dismissive and spoke in a condescending tone. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and respect, especially from someone in a managerial position. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking in this interaction. This experience has made me question the customer service standards at CSB Bank. I sincerely hope the bank takes customer feedback seriously and trains its staff to treat people with professionalism and empathy. Until then, I would think twice before recommending this branch to anyone.
I recently visit this bank I am sharing my bad experience, there are not any people guide us, and manager talking unnecessary thing that not related our topic and it won’t help.
My past experience also bad i will suggest to other people to don’t go at this bank.
Staff behaviour is very bad and specially manager behaviour is very very bad. Hear default i give 1 star but i want give zero.
