An Nre account holder with CSB panaji. The services have gone downwards. Went to the bank to update my KYC as I was down for holidays. Had all the physical documents with me to update the same. Only to be told to do it online. Now back abroad only to get an email to say fill up forms and attach all documents along with latest photograph. A simple process that could have been completed within the bank instead of now doing everything myself.
