I have never experienced such poor service as that provided by CSB and Neoleaf. For the past 1.5 months, I have been continuously following up with their team for a small task, but they have failed to resolve the issue. Their lack of responsiveness and professionalism is extremely disappointing. I deeply regret choosing their services and would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable support.
Worst bank ever. Never open an account with CSB Bank. They can't handle transactions properly and will freeze your account without any notice
