Really helpful staff really courteous and kind I really like their services
Worst ubl branch I have ever visited,they have lot of customers but only one cashier to handle everything.That cashier is even slower than tortoise ? and there whole procedure is extremely slow.Customer have to wait for at least hour or 2 hours and during Ramadan even 4,5 hours.i hate this bank services.ubl plz increase number of staff .
Very disappointing to see that,the staff is not very cooperative when it comes to customer service...u should not expect a quick service,because mostly they have an issue of server or system breakdown/goes slow.... Otherwise,atmosphere is cool inside.?
Worst customer service. Employees are Had Haram, as they always look for free time chit chat with each other.
One of the few bank branches on canal road. And that with an ATM machine. The staff of the branch is really courteous and helpful. They guide you on every step and always happy to help. Though the only flaw in this branch is the limited amount of money in ATM. I’ve found it out cash more often than I could get some. Rid of that glitch and it’s one of the finest bank branch.
