“This bank is fraud. ₹2 lakh was fraudulently debited from my father’s account one year ago. They are asking us to activate the account, and they have already taken written applications from us twice, but still we have not received any response.”
This bank has the worst service; never open an account here.
Worst bank ever I opened my account with. Their customer service is very poor. I have account with this bank from last 2 years but whenever I needed any support through their customer care number I could not connect with them. Everyone they have some technical problem. Even this bank will keep your money hold for the credit card transaction, and if you want to know the status I am sure you will not get any help.
One of the poor bank with worst customer service. Pathetic staff having zero knowledge. Not at all recommended.
