Very pathetic behavior of staff. most of time they are busy with mobile, on WhatsApp, Facebook etc. Looks busy do nothing. They know they will get complete salary even that with these type of bad service. Because UBL have not any check and balance on small branches and staff behavior.

Staff got not manners just because public is not aware of their rights they are exploiting them and treating them like third class citizens.. once you enter in branch you see long lines and staff yelling on customers.. i live around this place and never seen their atm in working condition
