I opened an account with IndusInd Bank, but just three days later they froze it without any proper reason. When I contacted customer support, they told me to visit the branch. At the branch, the manager was very rude, unhelpful, and did not even try to resolve the issue. Instead of listening to my problem, they dismissed it. This has been a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this bank based on how they treat new customers.
My account got debit freeze without any proper reason , staffs were forcing me to bring a person to open their acc in their bank , they took so much time for a simple thing
IndusInd Bank froze my new account only 3 days after opening it. Customer care gave no solution except to visit the branch. At the branch, the manager was extremely rude and ignored my problem. Worst experience I’ve had with a bank.
Worst possible branch never go in this branch or open your open your bank account you will regret they freeze your bank account without any reason
Atm and bank also open in 4pm bank its working good,but here no car parking place,bike parking only
