Time 16:04 Date: 04/01/22 They have put "out of order" lable on the ticketing maching and are calling out ticket numbers faster than normal. Then I see the security guard printing off many tickets in one go. Only to improve their customer serving times stats. All this while at the counters its manic with no que system and only 2 staff serving while the senior staff having a picnic. Disgraceful behavior and should be investigated

ATM is always working service of UBL is comparitivly better.
