Induslnd ATM is situated just off the main Boring Road. ATM is visible from road and signpost can be noticed from moving vehicle. Parking space is not there. To reach the ATM one has to climb raised footpath (more than a foot). That's what makes this place is inaccessible for wheelchair bound person. Induslnd Bank branch is situated in same premises sharing same entrance. Privacy quotient is lower. Next to card slot an odd looking camera is placed which doesn't look like original part of machine. Even the angel is odd. Looks like a replacement or an ill fitting upgrade may be, but worth to take a notice. Most of the time this is manned. Police check post is about 100 mtr from ATM. After 21:00 PM hardly any person other than security guard is around. Cash is available on most of the days. Address is correct. Board stating timing is for branch not the ATM. Area around is well lit. Overall ok but not comfortable. So just 3 stars.
The branch staff was not cooperative, I opened an account online, video kyc failed so I went there for full KYC. They checked and told me that my account is not reflecting and hence we cannot take the application form for full KYC. They even told me that one should not get account opened online and shall visit the branch rather. One of the worst experience of both INDUSIND and the branch.
