The staffs were rude when I reach the bank they were avoiding customers and doing there own talk I share my problem to everyone but no one listen it extremely bad experience and the ATM is also not working 😕
Verry poor response from bank staf my account is debit freeze since 4month ago I visited branch again &again but no response from bank staf Called bank manager many&many time but not answer my phone .Kyc &home verification also completed
Since 3oct to till date not closed my account totally fraud bank bank staff deserve more abuse
worst experience with this branch manager was not there, but no response .Very bad, Indusind bank is doing fraud in the name of opening online accounts. After the fan, online video KYC is not successful. 8 out of 10 do not get online KYC done. You can do online video KYC one time. They ask you to go to the branch to get KYC done again.
This Bank staff not customer friendly. Customer support very bad as per visited Bihar Sharif District Nalanda branch
