pathetic experience from banking staff and overall experience with indusind. I mean this branch has a bunch of pathetic workers no sense of work and manner . especially Shweta , she is such a frod and awful staff you can't even imagine . Let me elaborate my story , I recently turned 18 and I was going to delhi for my studies and nowadays use of upi for students is a must if he's living away from home so i went to the bank to upgrade my bank account from minor to major as well for the upgradation of my number and this staff Shweta she called me thrice on three dates and I went accordingly to the branch and she kept telling me that it would be done today and so on and today is 12 th of June and you won't believe that still my account hasn't been upgraded and I'm facing so much issues that you can't even wonder. And the most interesting fact that this pathetic and awful bank staff who kept delaying provided me with a wrong number of her's for any query I mean you can imagine the carelessn

Staff members are professional but the security guard is very rude, unprofessional and short tempered. There is an AADHAAR CENTRE inside this branch. In rush hours, it takes approximately TWO to THREE hours to get the job done. But there is no facility or waiting area for AADHAAR Customers. One has to spend entire waiting period standing outside in open under sky even in hot sun or rain. The condition is so pathetic and humiliating that, if someone enters inside the building of the bank (for filling forms etc), the guard shouts and scolds very rudely and drives the person outside. One has to fill up the form in standing position without any desk as there is no chair and desk available for the customers. Aadhaar customers are not allowed to utilise the resources and waiting area of the bank. The creation or updation of AADHAAR is done on PAYMENT basis and the bank is not doing any CHARITY kind of thing. If the bank is actually having crunch of the space, it should discontinue hosting AA

Entrance of this branch is typical. It is through ATM. Any person going inside for Aadhar related work bluntly asked by the concerned staff to wait outside. Guard also pushes him out of ATM. If the branch is providing Aadhar services, then think for customer convenience also. May be one of any aadhar related customer turn into your bank customer anyday seeing ur good services.
