10/03/2024 - Its location is nearby Royal Enfield showroom in Swarajpuri road inside Nagmatiya Rd. Negative: The branch is very small and there is no waiting area/hall or common area where you can sit and wait for your turn. They have less manpower/employees. The other bad thing about this bank is that it has only one branch in Gaya city. You will have difficulty parking the bike. They do not have parking area for your bike and car. After opening the account you may get a lot of calls and emails from the bank. Positive: 1. You can choose your account number. 2. If you want, they will come to your home to open your account. 3. You can talk to them with video calling for your concern and issue.
If you want to close your account due to any reason it is impossible and they will just make silly excuses and waste your time. So never open account in this bank ever in your life otherwise you yourself will be responsible for the consequences.
