I have been banking with federal bank since 15 years , they have solution to my every banking needs.

Since its inception until 2022, the staff at this branch has consistently demonstrated exceptional levels of cooperation, positioning this institution as my preferred banking establishment. Regrettably, the introduction of new staff has led to a decline in cooperative behavior, resulting in the dismissal of my requests. Despite affording them multiple opportunities, a decision has been reached to transition to an alternative banking institution.

Exceptional service at every visit, with supportive staff always ready to assist. Their kindness and professionalism make banking a breeze. Truly a five-star experience!
