Where the 'U' comes first. Substandard services - I have an account at UBL but go to Meezan bank 3 doors down to pay my bills - I get more efficient service there where I do not even have an account. I don't know if all UBL banks are as bad as this branch, if they are, then God help this bank. I feel like a fool for still having an account here. The only redeeming factor is the lower in hierarchy you go, the more understanding the staff get, but the less they are allowed to help you, so if nothing else, they understand they are just as stuck as you are as a customer (note: not a client). If you are in a cheerful mood, both yourself and the clerk at the counter can laugh at the joke of UBL. I always mention my slogan when I go there; 'Sir, if UBL, then IBL'
