Once the service was good now the jewel gold seems is not safe in Federal bank Tirupati ..As they are opening the jewelry in absence of the customer and few of the jewels were damaged ,few accessories cut earlier in the name of their inspection which is highly ridiculous.They are testing the jewels prior taking appraiser n processing fees but while closure jewels are getting damaged or destroyed in the name of inspection and are pressuring to close the loan.Who will bear the damage and processing n appraisal charges?
