Even a peon,guard recognize knows you,your name if you have invested/ spent some time there-in ,even I could say Meenal madam and Bhuvan sir , I love (generously) and respect them all ,a lot..I will have to feel very sad if any among them with get transfered..That's their persona and connect,or rather bond with customer s! They don't get irritated even when I call just to know my account number many times I tested this, and even recognize my voice over telephone without mentioning name, despite I m very smallest saving customer! what else you want! Never felt alike it's not your home...very cooperative. Every staff is competent with decent knowledge on banking regulations. They pay special attention to minute details,requests.

Upon picturing a bank, i always had this bad feeling about the rush and all the time I'll have to spend for a simple task which made me not wana go to banks. I am very happy to write this review that all this will go away once you visit this place. I opened my acount about 6 months back. The staff of the bank is one of the best in town, very friendly, and helpfull. One of the best bank experience of my life, and i guess its the staff which makes a place homelike. 5 star.

I went to Federal Bank Lalganga Shopping Mall Raipur for the force close to my loan , and I Talked to mr. Shubhagra Juneja, whose attitude and experience is very very bad , Don't know how to talk to customer , And I request to Federal Bank to give him some training

Excellent Staff. very polite, helpful. Experienced the same type of feeling I had at my parent branch Nedumpuram, Thiruvalla, Kerala. Couple of occasions I had to discontinue my FD. Every time I paid a visit at Raipur Lal Ganga Complex Branch, the Staff proved very helpful and was prompt in attending my queries. I have never seen such a helpful team in State Bank Of India or Punjab National bank. Congratulations to the entire Federal Bank Staff at Lal Ganga Complex!
