Worst Service almost went 3 times given document for mobile number update but till they did not update my number. very careless and irresponsible staff also . Also sent them mail and also called to customer support team many times but no action was taken till the date . i have to complain to rbi if any fraud happens with credit card i have to close my mobile no . who is responsible for this can any one can explain. I have called several times customer care also only complaint was registered and done no thing till the date what the hell is this service

WORST SERVICES AND CARELESS STAFF IN HATROI BRANCH OF FEDRAL BANK. I HAD VISITED 3 TIMES AND DROPPED MAIL TO THIS BRANCH AS WELL AS CUSTOMER CARE AS WELL AS I HAD CALLED MANY TIMES FOR MOBILE NO UPDATION BUT THEY DID NOT DO. SUCH WORST SERVICES . ALL DOCUMENT WAS SUBMITTED AS ASKED BUT THEY DID NOT UPDATE MY NO. IF I CLOSE MY OLD NO AND IF IT IS ISSUED TO ANY OTHER CUSTOMER OTP WILL GO TO OTHER USER AND IF ANY FRAUD IN CREDIT CARD WHO IS RESPONSIBLE. AS COMMITTED ON REVIEW BY BANK STAFF OR WHOM BUT TILL NOW NO ANY UPADATE . YOU CAN FIND MY REQUEST GIVEN IN BANK BY NAME OF AJAY KUMAR JAIN. HOW CAN BE SO I-RESSONSIBLE BANK STAFF.Till now no update in my bank and card detail Quite disappointed

Extremely disappointed with the service and the unprofessional behavior of the staff at this branch. The associates displayed poor communication and a lack of courtesy, which made the entire experience frustrating. I would not recommend this branch to anyone and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I traveled all the way from Sikar to visit this branch, expecting good service. However, I received pathetic services.

Best bank in the market The staff is really supportive and extremely professional.. Their online banking apps are up to the standards.. And easy to use. Interior of the bank is neat and clean.. Some customer always try to create a havoc in the branch but the staff handles them as well with respect. Their interest rates are also very competitive.. Overall great bank to have an account with

I called the staff to ask if they update the details of Adhar card (as it was mentioned on Aadhaar sites where you can update the details). The staff said yes they do and asked me to come. When I went there they asked my bank account number. I said I don't have bank account in this bank, I just came to update details of Adhar card as I mentioned in the call. The staff didn't apologize for not giving the correct information and said we don't update details of Adhar now because of corona situation. Waste of time going there.
