Service is soo bad, although the current (feb2022) manager is a helpful person. But staff are not good. They not accept coins in any amount even they can't accept upto 10 rupees in coins. Also if you want to close your account and God forbid if your amount made in less than 10 rupees then they told to give them change or forget your amount. Yes really this happens to me. One more thing they treat you like the are the owner of this bank and you are the helper of them. One of the staff haven't even a manner to talk to ladies. They used to talk very rudely without giving any proper service. The funniest joke of this bank is if you want any service on your account here and submit any application then firstly they never gives you the receipt and never done your work without made you visit there more than 3-4 times for the same.
It ws fine.....supporting staff.
Contrary to perception of a nationalized bank working there is quick and people are very helpful.
Neat and clean bank.but limited chairs are present for sitting.
Bank staff was to lazy about his work they were open my account after 15 days
