Punjab & Sind Bank - Head Office Rajendra Place, Near Imly Restaurant New Delhi Rajinder Nagar

Can anyone suggest me whom to contact regarding forex in Punjab and Sindh Bank? Who is dealing the forex work? Whom should I meet?

They are very rude, delays our work and makes us visit more than once unnecessary, the attitude of employees towards customer even the old and loyal one's are not nice at all. They are not helpful at times when need help regarding cutting unnecessary money even for large amounts they don't ask before cutting and blame it all on customer. It's one of the worst bank ever I really hate their services and the way their employees talk with the customer

Its a very bad bank all over india. Customers face lot of problems regarding account. I am facing lot of problems from 15 days but there is no responce from the bank. I am not able to use my account and withdraw money. I will never suggest anyone to use this account of this bank. They blame their customers for their problems. I will close my account if they do like this.

Big bank office but not much crowded . Have ATM attached and quick possession of locker facilities

Very bad experienced in main branch Punjab & Sind bank patiala... The staff thinks that the customer is a peon... Me want to transfer pencion record to treasure offc but the dealing girl gave me file to transfer.. This work was done by his peon but she handed over me file to give it to DC office Patiala.. N she not even attached any forwarding letter to the file n said to me k i give this file to DC office.. I handed over both files with my own hands as a peon... Ye customer ko peon bna k rakh dete hai Plesae higher authoties see to the matter
