I tried for my vehicle loan but it was rejected and i asked them about why it got rejected. Then they say i don't attend their call.... I didnt receive any calls from them. When i said that they got angry and shout at me.... Very bad customer service.. And also bad staff they say that i did it wrong. They are not going to fix worst things they did

Bank new premises location is worst, No parking , Always drunkards and other illegal activities peoples are staying in front at morning and evening. Also very congested and staffs are not supportive. Very bad location
