Even after submitting all documents and following every rule, my work was deliberately delayed. The staff behaves irresponsibly, gives false assurances, and never provides proper answers. I was forced to visit the branch multiple times and make countless calls, which resulted in financial loss and extreme mental harassment. This bank does not care about customers at all.
