If u need locker they will force you to take policy which has not much returns. Otherwise they won't give lockers. Taking policy is one's personal choice but they relate this with the locker is not right. We pay for locker and if there is availability, they're supposed to give but they're not doing that. Extremely disappointed with the staffs & management. Rest of the things are good. We can't afford something for their monthly target. They has to understand this.

Whenever you visit this bank, you must wait at-least for an hour to finish your task. Not only in this Corona time, there is always only 3-5 employees overall here and they can't fulfill each of the customers things coming here. Net banking is good and it seems not working in 2-3 days every month due to server maintenance.
