Dhanlaxmi Bank Head Office G6G6+MWR Naikkanal Thrissur

I have been maintaining an account with Dhanalakshmi Bank Mattanchery branch for more than 20 years, and I am now seriously considering closing it. It has been over a year since I have been trying to close my credit card with them, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The branch manager has been completely irresponsible—every month he promises that it will be done, yet nothing happens. Each time I visit the branch, he claims that the request is pending with the head office, makes a few calls in front of me, and assures that the card will be closed the same evening. This has been going on for a full year. I have contacted their head office and customer care multiple times, but still no resolution. Has anyone else faced similar issues? Truly, it is better to avoid such a bank when there is zero accountability and no one willing to take responsibility.

Assistant Manager: What does a customer need? The way he asked me what I needed was very bad. Learn how to respect customers and then tell them to come and sit in that seat.

We are get vehicle loan from this bank ,we pay every 5th loan amount but we get receipt very delay Last 2 month can't give receipt I call Trissur head office , recieve my call one lady she can't give any perfect answer for me. Now effect CREDIT SQUARE from this loan because they will give receipt very late and when they give that date puch the bill, that's make very big financially issue for me
